Unauthorized use of any Content may result in legal action. dressMyspace owns all intellectual property rights of the Drawings, designs, 3D views, blueprints etc. prepared for the projects executed by dressMyspace. Some images shown on the website may not be from actual projects and are for illustration purposes only.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian if you are a minor.
• You will not access the Site through any automated systems.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The information you provide will be true, accurate, and complete.
We reserve the right to terminate your access if any information provided by you is false or incomplete.

16. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data related to your use of the Site for performance purposes. You are solely responsible for any data you provide, and we are not liable for any loss of such data.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Legal Terms and any related disputes are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action arising out of these Legal Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts in Pune-Maharashtra.

19. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dressMyspace. If any provision of these Legal Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. FORCE MAJEURE
dressMyspace shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, war, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, pandemics, government regulations, embargo, bandh, fire, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen event (“Force Majeure Event”). In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. dressMyspace reserves the right to terminate its services or re-negotiate the terms after a force majeure event.

21. 60 DAY MOVE IN GUARANTEE
At dressMyspace, we understand the importance of timely project completion and offer a 60-Day Move-in Guarantee to ensure you can move into your newly renovated space without unnecessary delays. However, this guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for the 60-Day Move-in Guarantee
The 60-Day Move-in Guarantee is available only for modular furniture and home interior projects that are:
Signed under an agreed scope of work with dressMyspace.
Located within cities where dressMyspace operates.
Clearly stated as eligible for the 60-day guarantee in the signed agreement or contract.

2. Commencement of the Guarantee Period
The 60-day period begins from the date of final confirmation of the order, with all required approvals and clearances, including design finalization and necessary payments made by the customer, including but not limited to the full project cost, taxes, and fees for additional services.

3. Exclusions from the Guarantee
The following circumstances will exempt dressMyspace from the 60-day move-in guarantee:

• Design Changes or Scope Revisions: Any changes in the design, materials, or scope of work requested by the customer after the project commencement date.
• Site Readiness: Any delays caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
  
  • Incomplete site readiness (e.g., plumbing, electrical work, or civil work).
  • Lack of necessary approvals from housing societies or authorities.
  • Non-availability of key materials due to supply chain disruptions beyond dressMyspace’s control.
• Third-Party Services: Any delays caused by third-party service providers or vendors (such as civil contractors, electricians, or plumbers) not contracted directly by dressMyspace.
• Force Majeure: Delays due to circumstances beyond the control of dressMyspace, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, or government regulations.

4. Conditions for Claiming the Guarantee
The customer must notify dressMyspace in writing if the project exceeds the 60-day period and provide detailed reasons for the delay.
DressMyspace reserves the right to investigate the cause of the delay and determine whether it falls under the exclusions stated above.
If the delay is deemed valid and falls outside the stated exclusions, dressMyspace will compensate the customer through service recovery or other measures deemed appropriate by dressMyspace. No monetary compensation will be provided.

5. Non-Applicability of the Guarantee
The 60-day guarantee does not apply to civil work or custom-made orders that require extended production time due to the nature of the design or materials.
This guarantee is not applicable in projects involving non-standard/customized materials or services that require extended lead times or dependencies on third-party suppliers or partners.

6. Change in policy
dressMyspace reserves the right to change, alter, modify or cancel the 60 day move in guarantee policy without any notice to its customers.
