1. What is dressMyspace referral program and how does it work?
Share the magic of dressMyspace with friends and family and get rewarded! Refer them to earn upto 4% of the project value, or ₹15,000 (whichever is higher). If you are an existing or a former customer with a valid client ID, just submit yours and your friend’s details and that’s it. We’ll take care of the rest. Your reward will be credited in three simple steps:

1. Earn ₹5,000 when your friend books with dressMyspace.
2. Get ₹10,000 when their project hits the 50% milestone.
3. Receive the remaining balance once the project is completed.

2. How do I qualify for the referral program?
You’re eligible if you’re a current or a former dressMyspace customer with a valid Client ID or someone who wants to refer their friends to dressMyspace. To earn rewards, simply refer friends who are planning their home interiors with dressMyspace. Their project must have a minimum value of ₹3 lakh for you to qualify.

3. How many friends can I refer?
There’s no limit! Feel free to refer as many friends as possible and boost your earnings with each successful project.

4. How will I receive my referral payment?
We process all payouts through bank transfers. Once your friend makes the booking, our team will reach out for the bank details to process the payment.

5. When will I receive my referral payment?
Referral payments will be processed in 2 weeks of the milestone reached. If your friend reaches a milestone between 1st to 6th in a month, the payment will be processed between 14th to 20th of the same month.

6. What if I haven’t received the payment?
We know how frustrating delays can be. If your referral payout hasn’t been credited after your successful referral, reach out to us for resolution.
